LifeDent Esthetic Clinic is the founding institutional sponsor of the Journal of Digital Health and Advanced Biomaterials (JDHAB) and is the journal’s current principal source of financial and in-kind institutional support.
This support contributes to the journal’s publishing platform, website and technical operations, DOI registration, digital-preservation arrangements, editorial administration, and continued development as an open-access scholarly publication.
Institutional sponsorship does not purchase or guarantee editorial influence, manuscript acceptance, publication, citation, indexing, or any other scientific or editorial advantage.

Funding and institutional relationships must not determine reviewer selection, editorial assessment, acceptance, rejection, or scientific conclusions.
Material changes to sponsorship, revenue sources, advertising, or author-fee policies will be disclosed publicly on the journal website.
JDHAB is currently sustained primarily through financial and in-kind support provided by LifeDent Esthetic Clinic as founding institutional sponsor.
The journal does not depend on payments from authors or readers to make editorial decisions or publish accepted scholarly content.
Institutional resources support legitimate publishing costs and activities, including digital infrastructure, platform maintenance, persistent identification, preservation planning, administrative operations, and scientific communication.
Funding does not create a right to intervene in the assessment or outcome of an individual manuscript.
JDHAB does not currently charge submission fees, editorial-processing fees, article processing charges, page or figure charges, colour charges, membership fees, mandatory language-editing fees, or fast-track publication fees.
The journal does not receive subscription or pay-per-view revenue. Published content is made immediately available without a reader fee or access embargo.
JDHAB does not currently accept commercial advertising, advertorials, paid editorial placement, or sponsored content presented as independent scholarly material.
The journal does not currently obtain revenue from paid supplements, sponsored special issues, paid reprints, accelerated review, guaranteed acceptance, or services linked to editorial outcomes.
JDHAB does not require authors to purchase manuscript preparation, translation, language editing, statistical analysis, methodological consulting, certification, software, digital infrastructure, or scientific-communication services as a condition of submission, review, acceptance, or publication.
The purchase, use, or non-use of services offered by any external organization does not provide submission priority, accelerated review, preferential access to editors, favorable evaluation, acceptance, publication, DOI registration, indexing, or recognition of scientific merit.
Editorial decisions are based on relevance to the journal’s scope, methodological and reporting quality, ethical compliance, scientific contribution, and the applicable peer-review process.
Sponsorship, financial support, institutional affiliation, or use of an external service must not influence reviewer selection, peer-review outcomes, editorial decisions, publication timing, corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions.
Editors must disclose relevant financial or institutional relationships and recuse themselves whenever those relationships could affect, or reasonably appear to affect, impartial judgment.
Submissions authored by editors or individuals affiliated with a sponsor are handled by an editor without the relevant conflict and are subject to the journal’s established peer-review and conflict-management procedures.
JDHAB will publicly disclose material changes to its sponsors, funding structure, revenue sources, advertising policy, or author-fee model through its official website and relevant journal policies.
Any future revenue mechanism must remain separate from decisions concerning scientific merit and editorial outcomes.
